Wireless off-street parking solutions
As an autonomous solution or part of a citywide ITS program, Yadilys offers an innovative solution for automatic payment in off-street parking garages.
When a Yadilys-equipped car enters a garage, simple button press raises the barrier gate and payment begins. The driver’s account is debited according to pre-paid or monthly billing plans, or via smartcard or electronic wallet.
When leaving the garage, the driver presses the Yadilys button again. The barrier gate rises and payment is processed for the exact time the car was parked. It’s that simple.
The information transmitted to the processing server is not only used for financial transactions, but it also opens many new possibilities for operators to adapt their services according to supply and demand, for example:
- Fees can be adjusted to reflect parking space availability with respect to driver demand during peak or slow periods.
- Special offers can be developed for specific categories of users or vehicles, such as electric cars and shared cars.
