Michel Gilmour, CEO
Michel was in executive search for most of his working life during which time he founded and managed the Hong Kong and/or Singapore offices of three of the world top ten executive search firms. He started his career with Rhone Poulenc Chemicals becoming General Manager Indonesia, before running their ASEAN healthcare operation out of Paris. He conducted numerous assignments across Europe, America and Asia for major US and European multinational companies as well as Internet start-ups, in industry, financial services, energy & infrastructure, media and education. In 2002 in the course of two separate assignments Michel spotted a great opportunity in the market for on-street parking fees collection and went about searching for a solution & its matching technology. Gerard Choisnel, Board Director, Corporate Matters & Investor Relations
Gerard joined Corning Incorporated in the US in 1965 as a Market analyst for the International Division. Gerard spent the next 30 years progressing through most divisions of the corporation (Consumers / Electronics / Television / Industrial). He was General Manager of Corning France from 1984 through 1994, and Business manager worldwide for Scientific and High index optical glasses. He then joined Ingersoll-Rand Europe in 1994 and was appointed President Europe in 1996, covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Gerard is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.

Laurent Maleysson, CTO/General Manager, Coronis Systems
With a Ph. D in Artificial Intelligence from Ecole des Mines, a degree in Mathematics & Electronics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computational Geometry also from Ecole des Mines, Laurent Maleysson, a Chartered Microelectronics Engineer, founded Coronis Systems in Montpellier, France in August 2000. He is currently Coronis’ COO and CTO. From 1994 to 2000 he was Engineering Director for International Operations, at Itron Inc. (Spokane, WA), the world leading supplier of wireless remote meter reading solutions. Previously he headed the R&D of RS Automation Industries (Broadband and Industrial Communication). Laurent’s core expertise is ultra low power wireless solutions, including network, protocol and hardware architectures. A member of several European standardization committees, Laurent is the author of several patents and scientific/research papers and a regular spokesman at international conferences.
Stephanie Pinson, President, Gilbert Tweed Associates
Based in New York and President of Gilbert Tweed Associates, Stephanie has been in Executive Search since 1981. Director of GTA’s Technology and Transit and Transportation practice, Ms. Pinson consults to Authorities, aviation, ports, and rail providers, along with their global suppliers. She also consults to traffic management entities such as Departments of Transportation and Parking Authorities across the US. A member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), she served on its Executive Committee and is past Chair of the Business Member Board of Governors. She currently is a Director of Digital Recorders, Inc., a transit provider, and a Trustee of the Mineta Institute. Stephanie is also a member of the TOPS committee, the policy maker and granting entity of the Transit Cooperative Research Program of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences. A graduate of Douglass College she qualified for her Ph.D. at Rutgers University.
Christian Tarpin, Development Director of SETEC ITS
Christian has devoted his whole professional career to the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). With a passion for both new technologies and the ever growing complexity of the « City » and its human organisation, Christian graduated from Ecole des Ponts & Chaussées as an engineer specialised in town planning and transportation. Development Director of Setec ITS, a wholly-owned owned subsidiary of the Setec Group, one of France’s largest engineering company, Christian is in charge of exploring new technologies and new markets, be it new international markets such as China or new ITS fields of activity such as “passenger information”, inter/multimodality, accessibility to public transport for handicapped people, fret, new tolling technologies to name but a few.
